My download has failed, now what?

If you have had no luck with the download link, try a different Browser. If that doesn't work send me a message on the contact form and I will get it sorted.

How long will my download link last for?

Your download link will last for 30 days.

Returns and refunds

I'm unable to offer refunds for digital products once the purchase has been completed. However, I will refund duplicate products bought by mistake.

Can I share my purchases with others?

Digital products are easily copied and shared, I would ask that you don't don't do this. As a small company I appreciate each and every sale I make, so offering my products for free to others has a big impact.
